The 34045 Advanced Markus chamber is the successor of the well-known classic Markus electron chamber, equipped with a wide guard ring for perturbation-free measurements. The thin entrance window allows measurements in solid state phantoms up to the surface. The protection cap makes the chamber waterproof for measurements in water phantoms

The 34001 Roos chamber is the golden standard for absolute dose measurements in high-energy electron beams. Modern dosimetry protocols refer to the chamber’s design and provide dosimetric correction factors. Its waterproof design allows the chamber to be used in water or in solid state phantoms. The Roos chamber is also well suited for the measurement of high-energy photon depth dose curves. The chamber can be used for dose measurements of proton beams.

The 30013 Farmer chamber is the standard ionization chamber for reference dose measurements in radiation therapy.

PinPoint 3D Ion Chamber, Type 31022

Ultra small-sized therapy chamber with 3D characteristics for dosimetry in high-energy photon beams

The PinPoint 3D chamber is ideal for dose measurements in small fields as encountered e.g. in IORT, IMRT and stereotactic beams but can also be used for measurements in large fields. Silicon Detector for Small Photon and all Electron Fields

Small field output correction factors should be applied when performing small field measurements. The small magnitude of these factors increases with decreasing field size. Additionally, the detector to detector variation of the microSilicon is almost negligible, which provides a sound basis for reliable small field correction factors. The new detector shows only a small loss of response over accumulated dose. The new design results in a very small water equivalent window thickness. This has positive effects on the output factors, the small field correction factors and the location of the effective point of measurement, which is now closer to the detector surface. Additionally, the profiles scanned by the micoSilicon are very close to a theoretical true profile.

Due to its special design and material properties, microDiamond shows almost no deviations in absorbed dose to water even in the smallest field sizes, making it a perfect choice for accurate small field dosimetry.

T-REF Chamber, Type 34091

Reference detector for small fields

The T-REF chamber 34091 provides a solution to the problem where to put a reference detector in small

fields. The T-REF chamber is a large-area plane-parallel transmission reference chamber and proved to be easy to use. From the minimum distance to the water surface on, there are no measurable perturbations of the beam. The very good signal-to-noise-ratio makes it an excellent option for the use as a reference detector.
